STEP 1
Open Woman image with Photoshop(Ctrl+O).Copy layer and use any cutting tools and get your lady out off the background.
STEP 2
Pick Brush Tool(B).And now we will use Odysee Brush.Create a new layer(Ctrl+Shift+N) under cut layer.
Click to draw.
STEP 3
Get other brush(Green Lotus).Create a new layer up on cut layer.Brush color #c6eaf9
If you want try other brush styles.
STEP 4
Get Smudge Tool.
Choose this brush :Chalk brush 60 px
Open Window > Brush(F5).
Duplicate cut layer once.Rechoose cut layer. Start smudging on the edge of your lady how to have something like this :
Change Mode to Color Dodge.
Duplicate cut layer copy, a new layer will appear up on cut layer copy.Keep smudge on the edge and change mode to Softlight.
STEP 5
Click the top layer on layer palette and open Curves > (Ctrl+M).
STEP 6
Go to menu Layer > New adjustment layer > Gradient Map.
Mode > Overlay. Opacity > 70%.
Again Layer > New adjustment layer > Gradient Map.
Mode > Multiply. Opacity > 70%.
And again Layer > New adjustment layer > Gradient Map.
Mode > Soft light. Opacity > 60%.
And FINAL RESULT
